Much as I’ve tried, I can’t stop my embarrassing and unquenchable need to chase rabbits and squirrels.

This life-ruining addiction drove me to run away from home often and roam unattended, always trying to score my next woodland creature. I hit rock bottom the fourth time Animal Control picked me up from the streets of Johnson City and “referred” me to Chain Free Dogs.

Since then I’m much calmer. Yes, I still chase an occasional hapless squirrel up a tree here in my newly fenced yard. But I’m much more content now that I have boundaries.
