Small Breed Dogs Living Mostly Indoors

We must generally say no to fencing requests for small breed dogs who mostly live indoors. Chain link fences are very expensive, and not necessary for dogs who have the luxury of living indoors in a temperatured controlled home.

If left outdoors unattended, with or without fencing, little dogs are in danger, as larger, aggressive dogs CAN and WILL jump a chainlink fence.

If you must leave your small dog outdoors unattended for ANY length of time (potty time, for example), we recommend you purchase a 10 x 10 ft standalone kennel.
(Unfortunately, we cannot pay for kennel enclosures, as our funds are limited.)

All dogs need exercise. A play session at one of the local parks is ideal for dog owners who do not have fenced yards. Listed below are dog parks around the tri-cities:
