Meet BRO! And the name fits him well, this 3-year-old Husky Mix is a cool dude!

Sadly, poor little BRO had been chained 24/7 for who knows how long before a kind-hearted neighbor called Animal Control to report BRO’s tortuous living conditions.

Animal Control then referred BRO’s owner to Chain Free Dogs, citing that chaining a dog 24/7 is AGAINST THE LAW in Johnson City!

Chain Free Dogs rushed out to the scene of the crime and fenced in BRO’s yard. This dog is so super happy now! All dogs are so deserving of freedom!

Johnson City dogs are so blessed that lawmakers passed this law. We hope all cities everywhere eventually see the light on this matter and stop allowing chaining.
