One-year-old German Shepherd ZEUS did not make a very good first impression up on Buffalo Mountain.

Soon after being rescued from the shelter, ZEUS, while his owner was at work, escaped his homemade kennel, ran off and killed a neighbor’s cat. Animal Control had to be called in.

ZEUS’s owner became very distraught worrying he’d escape again. ZEUS’s bad boy instincts needed to be contained.

Chain Free Dogs stepped in and asked our dear friends at Backyard Borders to build ZEUS a nice sturdy fence.

ZEUS’s owner is so very sorry about the neighbor cat; and forever thankful for the free fencing that gave ZEUS a second chance.
