Poor litle Miss ZARA, a Pitt mix, spent nearly TWO YEARS at the shelter. Time and time again Zara’s hopes of a forever home were dashed. Her high energy spooked all the prospective adopters.

Zara’s luck changed when she reached age three. A hero manifested–one of the shelter’s volunteer dog walkers! This dog walker fell in love with Zara!

Zara’s new hero couldn’t afford a fence so, we called upon fence builders Backyard Borders.

Zara’s happy ending couldn’t be happier! A nice home, a nice spacious yard, and a wonderful human to care for her!
