What a handsome fellow!  His name is ROCKO.  He is a nine-year-old Lab Mix.

Recently, Rocko’s owners moved to a new house that had no fencing. Rocko of course did NOT like this new living situation!

After being informed of Johnson City’s new chaining law, his owners struck a good deal with Chain Free Dogs and got the yard fenced in.

What a big deal for Rocko!  He is now totally happy at the new address.  To be free to run and be silly is such a blessing.
