Kain

"Living the Life"

KAIN, this GINORMOUS four-year old Great Dane mix, was surrendered to the Washington County/Johnson City Shelter 720 days ago. Do the math: that is TWO WHOLE YEARS!

Despite Kain’s having languished behind bars all through his puppyhood, he has developed into a strong, friendly, extremely good-natured fellow.

Kain’s lonely shelter life is behind him now. He’s been adopted into a lovely family with a fenced in yard and is surrounded by love and comfort and plenty of room to play outside. He even gets to sleep on a real bed! This dog is living the life!

The very gleeful Kain would like us to express a hearty, tail-wagging thanks to: 1) The good people who adopted him, 2) The very generous donation from Elizabethan Federal Savings Bank that paid for fencing in his yard, and 3) Lyons Fencing and their neverending efforts to unchain dogs.
