Six year old Drake is an interesting mix: Boxer + German Shepherd. Sadly, handsome Drake had been chained up because of his neighborhood wandering.

While on the chain Drake often daydreamed of “shepherding” sheep where he’d also throw a punch or two to show off the “boxer” in him.

Thank goodness CHAIN FREE DOGS came along and donated a nice fence for Drake and his packmates Emma Rae (3-year-old Lab), and a very bossy elder Chihuahua named Perezee. These three can now romp and play safely in their newly fenced yard.

Drake is loving his freedom these days and has NO time for silly herding daydreams. Plus beautiful Emma Rae is no longer (unknowingly) luring local canine ne’er do wells, cause Washington County Humane Society has paid for her spay surgery. The dogs’ owner and family members are SO appreciative. They can breathe easier now that their beloved dogs are free from constraint.
