Their human Mom works so they were often chained in yard during the day or stuck indoors in a small kennel.

Who are these mixed breed mutts?   Buddy and Riley!

Rumor has it that these pups a few times busted loose, wandered the neighborhoods.  No more!   

Thanks to assistance from Mountain City Animal Shelter and Backyard Borders, these lucky dudes are living the Life or Riley.  Exercising in their own fenced yard!  Freedom at last! 🐾🐾
