Chance, a senior Texas Heeler, is kicking up his heels these days after being adopted from Scott County Animal Shelter after being a long-term shelter dog. Thanks to Chain Free Dogs, who reached out to Backyard Borders to build Chance a safe, secure fence, he now has a wonderful forever home where he can roam safely! 🎉❤️
