Meet this delightful family of dogs: Mom’s name is SHADOW.

Her one-year old daughters are named FRECKLES and STAR.

These happy gals are now running free, thanks to Chain Free Dogs, Backyard Builders, and the new Spay/Neuter clinic at the Washington County-Johnson City Animal Shelter.

Freeing any creature from chains or confinement brings such joy– to us all–JOY TO THE WORLD!
